Which place is better to retire Tacloban city leyte or Olongapo city in Zambales?

I just want to know where is the best palce to live

2. Either one are good place to stay, you just have to know what is your preference. You can visit those place then decide which one are those the most convenience.
3. Both are excellent as long as you have enough to spend but I prefer Olongapo as it is closer to the capital and the econnomic zones.
4. Zambales, surrounded by water and a lot of mangoes and coconut trees.
5. I only know about Tacloban. It is a small city that is nasty, noisy & wants to rip off the foreigners. It also has lots of beggars & street people. But that is very common here in the Philippines.

I do not know much about Tacloban but have lived in Olongapo now for over 6 years. i have found it a wonderful place to retire. it a small city very clean. transportation is easy if you not have your own car. Beaches are nice, not the best but certainly a nice place to spend time. People are friendly and beggers are not a major problem. cost of living is better than big cities. Medical tourism is on the raise with two major hospital opened in the last year and another one soon. Shows that medical care is available. duty free shops means international goods are available also
7. tacloban for eye candy of course olongapo is convenient to other eye candy friendly places
