What is the name for a person who sells business ideas?

I am looking for a term that someone who is an expert in innovating new ideas or business ideas called. Not an inventor, i already know that term. but someone who finds a new business idea, works on it, develop it, and then sells it to entrepreneurs.

1. no one "BUYS" ideas - ideas are a dime a dozen. unless you can prove the idea can be made into a marketable product or service that people will actually want to buy for a price that will make a profit, it is useless
2. Entrepreneur since starting a business is their job
