What laws apply to overseas schools accepting US federal aid?
I am wondering what laws apply to overseas schools that are eligible for US financial aid. In particular, I am wondering if they are bound to any laws regarding domestic violence, sexual violence or court proceedings. More specifically, if an overseas court order is issued against a student for domestic violence, must they notify the class? If you have any resources regarding any of the above, please share them.

- If you break the law the visa will be brought under question. There is no reason why you would inform the school you have been done by the court unless you are missing classes.
