What are some ideas for someone who is retiring?

Our boss is retiring and we all want to get him a gift individually in the office so that he can leave with a bunch of gifts on his last day. What are some good ideas to give him?

1. Individual gifts should reflect something he likes or something he is passionate about. Someone may purchase a gift card to his favorite store. Someone else may purchase a book by one of his favorite authors or a book about life or something. Someone else could purchase him a t-shirt or hat for his favorite sports team. Most of all make sure the gift fits the person giving it. Good luck!
