how do you choose which medication to fill when retired?

- Fascinating question. Of course, the answer could only be given on a case by case basis. How many medications is the person taking? Which are they? How do they interact? What conditions are the medications for? How acute are the symptoms? Which condition is the most life-threatening? Etc, etc. But then, no retired person should have to choose which medication to fill should he? In a saner world not only would people not have to choose which prescriptions to fill, but in a world based on cooperation and compassion rather than competition and greed we could get over b.s. like war, our toxic food industry, unsustainable, global, human, reproduction rates, the concept of personal wealth, and a whole bunch of other stuff. The pharmaceutical corporations would probably go out of business.
