Business ideas for my newly purchased marina?

I recently purchased an already established (but has much more potential) marina on a lake and was hoping for some input on new and exciting ideas to help the business grow. We currently offer boat rentals, kayaks, paddle boats, canoes, wave runners and have a convenient store inside with a restaurant with beer on tap.
