when being medicly retired oconus are you entitled to DLA?

1. Hello Here in the U.K where this question was asked yes as the DLA is because of your medical condition as long as you meet the DLA requirements of being dependent on others. I stopped working because of a medical condition so get Incapacity Benefit but do not meet the DLA minimum requirements as i do not require any form of assistance. Andy C
